Kidz Fitness II
Designed for students ready to take their physical abilities to the next level, this class focuses on mastering the 10 basic physical skills: strength, cardiovascular conditioning, agility, coordination, and balance. Through engaging fitness games, students will enhance their listening skills and teamwork while boosting their confidence both physically and mentally.
This class introduces weight training with dumbbells, prioritizing proper form and using the minimum weight necessary to achieve a growth response. Emphasis is placed on teamwork, communication, and leadership skills. Additionally, Nutrition Education is integrated to support a well-rounded fitness approach.
